The JY STAR LINE Series multi-stage shallow-well jet pump end originally developed by the Jacuzzi Brothers is ideally suited for water supply application including farms, small subdivisions, resorts, and factories from lakes, streams, or shallow wells at some distance or elevation from the point of use. It is also an excellent pump for boosting and wash-down duties.
Constructed from heavy-duty cast iron castings, bronze impellers and multi-veined thermoplastic diffusers the JY Star Line Series pump end is capable of raising water from depths not exceeding 25 feet or 7.5 metres, and gives useful outputs at pressures as high as 130 lb/in² or 910 kPa.
All complete pump ends are factory tested to ensure they will achieve maximum performance once in the field. The 1 HP thru 3 HP models are shipped ready to mount a Standard 56C frame motor while the 5 HP model will require a 184TC frame motor.
